Confirmation & Booking
“A Field Officer will visit your location at the scheduled time based on your availability. The officer will be equipped with the necessary tools to assess the goods for transportation and provide you with an Estimated Cost for the move. Upon the customer’s request and approval, the officer will finalize the shifting deal, providing insights into the details and workings of the process. They will plan the entire moving process in line with the agreed terms and conditions, making it a hassle-free experience for you. Your involvement concludes at this stage. After the booking confirmation, a quotation will be issued, followed by finalization and ultimate confirmation.”
Transportation
“Upon receiving the necessary approvals and completion of required payments, our transportation team swiftly springs into action. Carriers are dispatched promptly and arrive at the customer’s location as scheduled. All packed items are efficiently loaded onto these spacious carriers, and the consignment is transported according to the pre-planned routes. This seamless process ensures continuous movement, aided by timely communication and accurate information, leading to the consignment reaching its destination well ahead of schedule.”
